The 600m2 area immediately around the house and Lavanderia is more of a garden than the other zones. It has a low stone wall and will eventually be enclosed with a gate and fencing on top of the wall. This area has transitioned from being covered in weeds and grass to a haven for pollinators and humans. It is becoming a truly tranquil space, rich in nature, with a citrus grove and 200 different drought-tolerant perennials in addition to self-seeded annuals.
